Description
Massive cerioid corallum with polygonal corallites. No epitheca observed. Intracalicinal septal increase. Radial elements compact free (minor septa) or anastomosed to the columella (major septa), mostly attenuated straight to sinuous. Distal edge smooth or with small regular teeth, inner edge with small regular teeth, no ornamentation observed on lateral faces, no pali. No trabecular microstructure observed . Hexameral symmetry sometimes well expressed, bilateral symmetry marked with the elongated lamellar columella. Endotheca of large rare dissepiments, synapticules absent, Septothecal wall.
