Type Locality: Hauterivian of Georgia (Caucasus).
The holotype of the type species is housed at GIN (Tbilisi) under 36/77.
Classification
Diagnosis
Colonial, massive, subcerioid. Gemmation extracalicinal. Septa compact, confluent to nonconfluent, granulated laterally. Synapticulae numerous, peripherally. Endothecal dissepiments tabulate, well developed. Perithecal wall rudimentary. Columella styliform, well developed. Wall synapticulothecal, porous.
