Type Specimen: Holotype; MNHN M05147; Verified; Dry Preserved

Type Locality: Bathonian of Aontzy (Madagascar)

The holotype includes two thin sections

Remarks

Initially described as a Isastrea without wall…but Parisastrea has a wall (Lathuilière 1988). One nominal species.
