Description
Solitary corallum with a subcircular calice, not very deep. Radial elements are compact, free, straight or very weakly curved, bicuneiform costo-septa. Distal edge of septa with granules aligned in carinae perpendicular to the distal edge. Endotheca with vesicular dissepiments sloping down to the center. Exotheca made of dissepiments progressively covering the costae in the proximal direction. No columella. Parathecal wall.
Remarks
Fig. 63 in Alloiteau 1957 is very imaginative, an overgeneralization of an isolated feature on a silicified specimen.
