Distichophyllum Cuif, 1967: 129 is a nomen dubium (unavailable).
Genus based on the type species the holotype of which has been lost and the neotype shows features of morphology and microstructure of septa corresponding to those in genus Retiophyllia Cuif, 1967:125 with the type species well documented by the holotype in a good state of preservation.
