Classification

Comparisons

Australogyra is most similar to Platygyra. It differs from Platygyra by having a ramose growth form and usually not having a columella.

Remarks

Monospecific.

Distribution

  • Western Pacific; Recent
A monospecific genus (Recent only) restricted to the Great Barrier Reef.
