Type Locality: Kimmeridgian (Upper Jurassic) of Valfin (France)
This genus was never figured. Two species were created by Etallon and cited by Fromentel under the genus name Favia. We did not find any samples in the collections of Porrentruy, Paris and Dijon.
Description
Massive cerio-plocoid corallum with circular to elliptic packed and deformed corallites. Non exsert septa. Septa dentate with unequal teeth. Abundant endotheca , spongy weakly developed columella.(From Etallon)
Remarks
Two nominal species. This genus should stay in oblivion.
