Type Specimen: Syntype; A 29590; Verified; Unknown

Type Locality: Lower Hauterivian of France (Fontenoy, Yonne).

The syntypes of the type species are housed at MNHN (Paris) A 29590 and R06761.

Diagnosis

Colonial, thamnasterioid to subplocoid. Gemmation intracalicinal. Corallites elevated, appearing mammelonate. Septa confluent, regularly perforated, pennular laterally. Columella trabecular. Synapticulae abundant. Endothecal dissepiments vesicular, numerous.
