Classification
Description
Phaceloid corallum with cylindrical smooth parallel corallites. Radial elements are 6 S1 compact, straight septa of a constant thickness. Distal edge unknown, inner edge anastomosed to the axial structure, lateral faces not ornamented, no pali. Microstructure unknown. Clear hexameral symmetry, no bilateral symmetry. Endotheca made of tabulae. Styliform columella. Thick wall interpreted by the authors as a pachytheca.
Remarks
The axial structure is highly recristallized and interpreted by the authors as a columella with an internal columellar canal. One nominal species
