Type Locality: Senonian (?Campanian-Maastrichtian) of England, UK (Sussex).
The type material of the type species is housed at NHM (London) under R.6828 and 6829.
Classification
Diagnosis
Colonial, dendroid. Gemmation irregular, mostly basal budding, with irregularly dividing branches. Corallites with little or no internal stereome. Externally thickened by extensive perithecal wall. Septa compact. Pali absent. Septal margins delicately granulated. Columella feebly developed.
